The fee covers one licensed California supplier, a written result, and publication of that result for 12 months. The same five criteria apply to every paid review: licence status, testing transparency, regulatory record, documentation response, and claim consistency. The fee is charged whether your result is strong or weak.
It does not buy a favourable score, a higher position, or permanent publication. Every scored review says its subject paid the fee, so buyers can weigh that relationship. Read the criteria first — they tell you exactly what evidence is checked and where it comes from.
Submit a company
The licence number is checked first. Reviews are limited to suppliers with a California licence.
Payment is handled by Square. If checkout cannot be created you are told so and nothing is charged.
What happens after payment
- Your licence number is checked against the California DCC public register.
- Within 2 business days, you are asked for a batch-level COA and a lot-linked documentation package.
- Public recall and enforcement records for the entity are pulled.
- Each criterion is scored strong, mixed, weak, or unverified, with the source that produced it.
- The result is delivered and published within 10 business days after the documents arrive. If evidence is not supplied within 10 business days, the affected criteria may be marked unverified.
Refund boundary
If the review cannot be started within 5 business days, the payment is refunded. A weak result or missing supplier evidence is not a refund reason. Factual corrections remain free.
What a fee cannot do
- Move a criterion from weak to strong.
- Change where a company appears in the order.
- Remove a published recall or enforcement record.
- Buy a review that is not disclosed as paid or keep a result current beyond 12 months.
If a finding is wrong, the corrections process is the route, and it needs evidence rather than payment.
