BestWeedSuppliers.com publishes compliance explainers, California public licence-record pages, and paid evidence reviews. The site does not provide medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that any supplier, trading name, or product is safe, compliant, or suitable for your needs.
3. No purchase, sale, or brokerage
This site does not sell cannabis, broker cannabis transactions, or promise placement in a supply chain. Supplier intake pages are review pathways only. Payment, if any, does not silently convert into editorial approval, a ranking promise, or an undisclosed endorsement.
4. Supplier submissions and corrections
If you submit information through the review or correction path, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. The $49 fee covers one licensed California supplier, a written result, and publication for 12 months. It does not guarantee favourable coverage, a ranking position, or permanent publication.
We will request evidence within two business days after confirmed payment and publish within ten business days after receiving the requested documents. If we cannot start within five business days, you may request a refund. Weak or missing evidence may produce weak or unverified findings and does not qualify for a refund. Corrections to factual errors remain free.

5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for unlawful activity or to evade cannabis laws.
- Do not scrape, republish, or frame the site in a misleading way.
- Do not submit false evidence, impersonate another party, or abuse the contact forms.
- Do not present this site’s content as legal clearance, product safety certification, or guaranteed sourcing approval.

This site uses third-party infrastructure and analytics services, and it may link to regulators, public records, suppliers, or other external sources. External links do not imply endorsement. Third-party services and sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Changes to these terms
